Each coffee—the finest quality beans produced in limited quantities by selected coffee farms in South and Central America—is carefully processed and nurtured by highly skilled workers.

These farms are committed to the health and livelihood of their workers. Farms, such as La Minita, offer free housing on the property for workers and their families, enabling them to save for their own homes or their children’s education. The farm also supplies free medical and dental care onsite to all of their workers. Additionally, El Toucan in Panama is tireless in its work to abolish child labour in that country.

What's more, each farm is committed to protecting the environment. Pesticide use is limited and clean water programs ensure that the water used to process the coffee is cleaned and returned to the rivers and streams in a pristine state.
