REPORTING A LOST OR STOLEN CARD:
As soon as you realize you’ve either lost your card or it’s been stolen, simply log onto secondcup.com, enter your e-mail address and password, and follow the few easy steps. Your remaining card balance will be frozen at the time of reporting and transferred to a new Café Card. We’ll then mail you a replacement card within a week.
