- Product in original condition and packaging with receipt may be returned within 30 days of purchase at the café where purchased.
- Product in original condition and packaging without receipt may be exchanged for another item of equal value based on the current selling price of the original item.

- Defective product with receipt may be returned or exchanged within 30 days at the café where purchased. Outside the 30 day policy, the product can be serviced directly with the manufacturer as per product warranty. We will be happy to provide our guest with contact information.
